comfort food: macaroni and cheese; spaghetti bolognese; chicken fingers. basically any kind of pasta.
comfort movie: 13 going on 30; breakfast at tiffany’s; roman holiday; 10 things i hate about you; almost famous; the holiday. … chick flicks, okay? i like chick flicks when i need comforting.
comfort clothing: t-shirts and shorts when i’m home; no pants if i’m by myself. if i’m out, it’s leggings and sweaters all the way. big ones, always. my closet is full of sweaters that are one size too big, and i like it that way.
comfort song: lately i have been returning to my favorite cover of donny hathaway’s a song for you, by the carpenters. but dance fever, the whole album, has been on my rotation a lot, too.
comfort book: the kitty norville series by carrie vaughn. especially book four, because that’s when … never mind, no spoilers! 😌 there aren’t a lot of books or book series that i have reread over the years, but kitty is definitely one exception.
comfort game: used to be the sims 4, but i haven’t played that in many months. so if i can’t say that, then honestly free cell or solitaire! i like things i can just zone out to.
